A: Our website shows only a few of the products we sell, but we are able to source the majority of parts, components, and finished products related to POS, Kiosk and IoT systems from the manufacturers we work with directly, so don’t hesitate to leave your message on the contact form or email us at sales@silverwayinc.com and we will get back to you in a timely manner.
Q: We are interested in one of your products, but not sure if you have the appropriate certification for us to receive them by shipping, how does it work for you to get the product certified before we make a purchase order?
A: You inform us about the specific product and if we don’t have the certification in place for your country or territory, either you or we appoint a third-party company to complete the product testing and certification, and you pay for the certification service that is carried out through the whole process.
Q: Can you show us the product order process step by step?
A: The product order process from us usually involves the following steps:
1) Inquiry and Quotation: For standardized products, you submit a buyer inquiry, then we provide a detailed quotation including price, quality, feature, packing, delivery time, etc. For customized products, you send us as many details as possible upfront, then we design and engineer to create a product prototype and send you to confirm.
2) Order Confirmation and Contract: Upon confirmation, you send us a Purchase Order (PO), and both parties sign a contract outlining incoterms (e.g. FOB, CIF), payment and delivery.
3) Order Payment: You can pay us securely via Letter of Credit (LC), advance payment, SWIFT Wire transfer, US ACH bank transfer, etc.
4) Production and Inspection: After the order amount is paid, we produce and procure goods and conducts pre-shipment inspections to ensure quality adheres to your requirements.
5) Packaging and Labeling: Goods are packed, marked, and labeled according to international standards and regulations.
6) Shipping and Logistics: Goods are shipped to your address according to the shipping terms and methods both parties agree to.
What post-sales support services does SILVERWAY provide?
For hardware products, we offer an industry-standard one-year warranty through our manufacturing partner, which covers all the parts and components of the equipment or devices that we supply. Besides, you can negotiate an extended warranty with us any time at your own discretion.
For software products, we offer comprehensive technical support and maintenance to keep your software system and application running smoothly, with Over-The-Air (OTA) updates available through your local WiFi or cellular network to enable security patching, fix bugs, add new features, improve functionality, and allow remote maintenance, etc.
We not only sell hardware and software products for short-term profits, but also are responsible for the continuous support for technical integration, deployment and use of the products and systems by our customers and partners in the long run.
